Almost a year ago I saw a guy recklessly driving around kids so I tracked him down and ran into his parked car while he was in it. He ended up getting a reckless driving ticket after the cops looked at cameras and talked to witnesses. I know this doesn't justify what i did. I was court ordered to make no contact with him. I'm desperate for a job, and there is a dominos opening across the street from where he works. I was going to apply but now im having second thoughts, but everyone I know keeps pushing me to apply. I feel it would be risky though

AskApplying for a job across from where someone you are legally required to avoid can indeed be risky. Even if there's no direct contact, his presence nearby might create uncomfortable or potentially problematic situations. Consider alternative job opportunities that don't put you in such a position. While it's important to find employment, balancing this with legal obligations and emotional well-being is crucial. If possible, seek opportunities a bit farther away or in a different environment to avoid unnecessary stress or complications.
