Would you rather work a normal 9-5 job or a job with a different schedule?

my bedtime schedule is 10:00pm -5:30am

my nurse friend words from 7pm to 7 am. 4 days 12 hrs a day. She is a beautiful lady … but this work schedule makes her look so tire… day time she has to care for her 2 boys.

I worked nights for a while. I was always falling asleep. I never got enough sleep during the day and because I tried to go back to being active during the day on the weekends i never got into the circadian rhythm to be a night creature.

Once I was working up in a suspended ceiling and the guy i was working with had to walk across the building to check one of the lines that we just installed. I waited in the ceiling and by the time he came back I was sound asleep.

I work irregular hours. A lot of the time, I need to do things out of normal 9-5 hours. Allowing for time zones that might be outside 9 to 9.

I'm sorry but in the 30 years that I worked 9-5 were never the hours of any business I worked for.
It was ALWAYS 8

If I had to work away from my house each day I'd want like a 0600 to 1500. Would avoid a lot of traffic that way.

Being semi-retired, I enjoy only working about 3 and a half hrs a night (7pm to 10:30pm)
