I've worked pretty much all of those, except the last one. I voted 3 to 11, because I worked 2 to midnnight before, and it was my favorite because I still had the entire half of the day to myself, and my co-worker would come in at 10 and we would watch movies, play video games and screw around, because almost no one came by at that time.
9 to 5 or in my case 9 to 7 was by far the WORST, because my whole routine was basically work and sleep.
Thanks for MHO :)

Out of those 7am to 3pm, but ideally I'd like another hour of sleep so 8am to 4pm is ideal.
Gives me enough time in my day to do other stuff
11pm to 7am. Hopefully it'll be quiet & I can draw & write.
I prefer the WFH shift.
When I was working in the office, it was usually 7am to 6pm.
I worked 7-3 for a couple of years. I was able to beat the traffic

700-1900 is my ideal. Less than 10hrs is just a waste of a day
I am basically on call 24/7 and the only time I do not answer is when I am in the shower or at church.

7-3 is a great shift.
The first choice hands-down.
