Which work shift is better?

3am-11am or 7pm-3am. 3-4 days a week. Which would you rather work if you had to?

Neither but if I had to chose I'd go with the 7pm-3am shift just because I could get stuff done during the day still and I'd be off at least 3 days a week to have a life at night. I feel like the 3am-11am would mess up my sleeping schedule a lot more too.

Ofcourse and without thinking I would choose frm 7 pm to 3am ... bcz I can still have my life and enjoy my time frm 11 am untill 6:30 pm . :)

but if itss the other way round .. frm 3am untill 11 am I will be really sleepy and I don't like it ..

3 am -11 am. get home, eat, sleep til 7 pm and do what I have to do/gym/meet with friends till the shift starts again at 3am. =)

I like to enjoy my evenings/nights so 7pm-3am would suck.

3am-11am definitely. I don't sleep more than 2 hours a night as it is, and my friends are all open to hangout and do stuff in the evenings and stuff. Just makes more sense to work then so I can hangout with my friends later!

Gah, tough choice! I would go for the night shift, just so that you don't become completely nocturnal.

hmm, I'd probably do the 7pm-3am one because staying up is easier than getting up super early to me.. but then again, neither are good shifts tbh lol

i'd take 7-3 since I already work those hours. I wouldn't like the 3-11 shift, getting up at 2 am or so would be annoying to me.

you won't have to wake up at 2 am, or fall asleep at an hour where its impossible to fall asleep

3-11 am. It's not a bad shift. You would have the rest of your day then.

My regular shift when I'm not at school is 6 am-2:30.
