Does anyone else feel over being a member of the workforce?

Some people might interpret this as being “lazy”, but that’s not exactly it. I’m FAR from lazy. I’m just tired of putting up with the same BS that is involved with being employed by someone. I think I’m at a point where I just don’t want to work for someone else. I want to go into business for myself. Own boss, own rules. I think I want to own a smoke shop

We have no incentive to go above and beyond at our jobs, so we don’t. Raises are given begrudgingly at best, promotions are rare and certainly not in-demand. The people in charge don’t understand that they’re the reason why we just do our jobs and nothing else when they give us nothing else in return.
