I got offered a new job and I start in three weeks.

I was treated badly by boss (female) and most of my "team" when all. I did was their dirty jobs they didn't want to do.

I don't want to be polite and lie by saying bs like:

Thank you for the opportunity, I've had a great time here etc.

All I was going to say is:

I've been offered new role and start in 3 weeks

I'm not. going to make a scene but not going to lie either.

I have no care for that company and what they put me through.

In life the only way to move is forward & in life if anyone wants to better themselves more power to them & I wish them the best. As for me I always left a job on good terms just in case my new job didn’t work out & my old job would take me back. As for resigning I always typed up a two week letter of resignation so it gave the company enough time to find someone new & most companies like a two week notice. There was another time I resigned immediately & handed them a letter or resignation on the spot because my new employer wanted me to start right away & I took a vacation before starting in the new company.

As for you keep your resignation letter simple. Don’t tell them when you start your new position or where because that is none of their business & they don’t need to know it.

No reason to do it at all really. You may just get worse treatment and hostility for the next 3 weeks. As far as future jobs, they weren't going to say anything nice about you anyway so you don't care about leaving on good terms with them for future references. Most of the time I'd say go with a notice but perhaps not in this case. The other possibility is they tell you to just stop coming in now so if you don't want to lose 3 weeks of pay, consider that possibility.

Well you don't quit till you have another job lined up and if they treat you poorly.. you just call your boss and say. They told me that they are good and start you new job. Actually typo I meant chat GPT by the way. not saying don't give a resignation just let a bot write it easy.
