Why isn't sex ed taught in the special ed?

I asked because kids in the special ed still go through all the hormones around the same time every other kid does. I also was one myself and it differently would of been nice knowing before it came. Being a slow learner doesn't mean your not going to have girlfriend/boyfriend.

I have no idea. Most men don't know that girls have a separate hole to pee and they don't do it from their vagina. I found that out when I was 20 myself
