At my job I’ve been working there little over Two years, I’ve had trained people multiple times before even took training classes etc this past few months we been getting new associates, and they been giving it to this other girl multiple times and few others I do this specific job the most than others do it and been doing it more than year, for instance yesterday at work we had two new people come in, there was 4 people doing this same job as me the section lead goes over to the same girl that trained a week ago and this other guy, she supposedly refused to train him and I was near this other lady that was working with me she comes over our way and I see her mainly coming to her she blurts out that I should train today instead of her the section lead goes you both can train… anyways you see what I’m saying she wasn’t even planning on asking me at all and than she said we both can train, bc she was working with me I don’t understand why they do me like this if I always do this job and never had any issues and even been told by process lead that I am very good trainer.. you think I should talk to them?

Annoyed and somewhat angry and aggravated because I will look petty if I respond to it in a lot of cases.

Yes, you should. List the things you have done and ask for a raise. If they won't give you one, look for another place to work that will value you.

They give me raise but I don’t feel valued not sure why they do me like that when I always do this job the most and when this position first opened I trained many people and been even told I’m very good trainer lately it’s always been that other girl and few others and not even acknowledging my work
