How do you deal with bitchy women at work?

I've just started a new job in an office, I've never worked in an office before so everything is very new to me.

I really need this job so I can get myself a better way of life eventually but I need to stay for at least a year.

There's a group of slavic women who hate me because I'm not instantly prefect at my job after only being there for 3 weeks. I have dyslexia too and sometimes I send emails with slight grammar or spelling mistakes and they'll all sit there laughing and then back emails correcting my mistakes and send them back.

My mangers don't care and will let them get away with because they are very pretty and aren't that nice themselves.

The whole office has this negative, toxic vibe whenever I come in. No one talks to each other and they just all can't wait to go home. I tried to be kind and brought some cake I'm for everyone to get people being social etc. I'm very good at baking and all the male staff said my cakes were really nice but them girls refused to touch it and said English cake is too sweet for them.

After that I kept hearing them making pig noices and giggling amongst themselves. I'm not fat, a little chubby but not fat.

There constantly trying to get me into trouble and when I ask for help they'll tell me to do the wrong thing so I look bad or just ignore me.

I've put up with mean girls before but it's making me so sad. I cry most nights and my husband has suggested I go back to my old job already but I'm doing this for us so we can have a better house and everything. It's not fair for me to expect him to do all the work.

No one wants to get involved and I know HR will not help and will just try and protect the company.
