I’ve had this, and although I have experienced men (yes men) doing the exact same thing. Nothing compares to the level of women I’ve met being so damn deliberately difficult, and two faced in work.

I left a job purely based on this. Cause the boss (a man) got swept up in all their drama and started joining in (way to go leadership)

Quiet frankly they must have all been incredibly bored, with even more boring lives to be so entertained by ganging up on someone else.
I see way more immaturity in adults than I ever have in children.
