Why are female coworkers the worst?

Every female boss or middle aged female coworkers are snakes, back talk, passive aggressive and have this power trip. They seem to pick favorites. I'm a female here!

I am also younger than them so maybe thats why they're snake like with me. ( maybe I'm pretty too but that's a bit narcissistic of me..)

I am 31 and have had this experience many times.
you are not alone in this. However, this is not a gender issue, many men act like this too.

From my experience. What I found helped. was just having a better home life. Creating my own family and support system.
the times when these people got to me the most was when I felt most alone in the world. The times I was able to ignore it was when I felt more supported outside of work.
you can’t avoid these people. But you can create better support and connections outside of work that will help you to be able to disregard asshole people more.

If you're all support staff and all work for male bosses who 1) don't respect you and 2) offer no real career growth potential then this is pretty common toxic work environment.

When people don't try to be better they play all these weird power games. I used to work in a place like that, where many of the women were snakes. But you know what? I decided there were plenty or hardworking ambitious working women out there so I decided to leave and work where they worked.

I'm sure your female coworkers suck. But not all women in the workplace are shitty which is sort of how your question comes off.

Yeah in my opinion having one female co worker is fine, she falls in line with the men and it’s all good. Having multiple is a fucking disaster, especially if some are far better looking than others. The drama is not worth it. Add coffee and sugar and you’re in for a real treat (not) really difficult to focus with this shit

but women that come to power usually have to be vicious as that is often the only way a woman can come to power
