Why are woman the worst to be bosses and higher up positions?

I feel like they are so consumed in money and power that it blinds them. I'm a woman I don't get blinded by that stuff. But other woman do they love control, money, even do sexual favors for higher up men in the company.

I haven't noticed much of a difference between men and women in corporate roles. If anything the women will care more about their team because they don't want to be seen as a bitch, or some other stereotype.

The guys are more likely to fall into all the DEI BS out of fear of offending imaginary enemies. I went into working in plants to get away from the agenda and found it was the same there. Hit or miss.

Whether it's a hole or a pole, there are good bosses and shit bosses.

women already have a physical disadvantage so they desire more power to be equal to a stronger man which in turn corrupts them

and corruption makes for horrible bosses

Aside from the typical money and power… it affects both m/f. The difference- females will escalate their mean spirt during that time of the month… those who are mean.. with money and power will become even more mean

@missindiana93 I think women get more into their job that they pay less attention to their family.

And more focused to climb leader even if it needs some sex with her boss.

I think it depends on the woman. At my work, it's the men in management positions that power trip and only care about the money. We have one female manager and she's the only one that actually cares about work environment and is willing to listen to feedback. And get this: When you go to her with a concern, it actually gets addressed and changed! It's crazy! Best boss I've ever had. Wish they all were like that.
