Why are my female supervisors bitchy and my male bosses are more laid back?

I have a mixture of female and male supervisors. I am a new employee so I always ask for help and the girl supervisor randomly told me “I don’t have time for your mistakes today. I need you to start picking your shit up and start learning and becoming more independent.” This is just the start of what I have been told before by female supervisors. I have also been told “you took 5 minutes in the bathroom. Next time, I need you to clock out and clock back in if you’re gonna take that long.”

We tend to be more tolerant of those who are different. With those who are the same, we often have higher expectations and less patience. That's the reason fathers tend to raise their daughters up on a pedestal, while mothers raise their sons up on a pedestal. Same sex individuals look at it as they paid their dues to get where they are, and you can do the same. They're less likely to be interested in what they see as your belly aching. Opposite sex individuals are more likely to give a hand to help you reach your goals.

I think that’s typical in a lot of work places. It’s the same in the medical field, at least the places I’ve worked. I think it has to do w emotions. Most men don’t stress out about things so we’re just chill. Example, last night my little dog all of a sudden started crying like crazy like someone kicked her. My came to my art room w her in her hands park king w this look on her face panicked. She was almost about to cry. I asked what’s wrongs. She said I don’t know she just started crying. I looked at the dog, put her down, she was fine. But women tend to freak out quickly. I know a lot o w women say they’re strong but even the strongest ones seem to get stressed out, break down crying. I think it’s all due to emotions.

My work place is exactly the same. The males workers are more chill and understanding especially towards those that have kids. My hypotheses is that Its an internal thing. Where female leaders have to prove themselves and set a standard for there belonging. Reason why I think that is because a similar question came up on why Black police officers are more harsher on black civilians as per their counterparts. Reason my assumed it be be such is to secure or show their counterpart.
