I’m not talking about sexual harassment here. No, I’m talking about when the male coworkers are friendly with other male coworkers. But insult, yell profanity, and talk down to the female coworkers.

And from my previous jobs, I have seen the male coworkers slack off. While the female coworkers are doing double the work.
