It’s crazy how, in social settings like gyms, bars, or nightclub, or any places meant for socializing women act the most stuck up and less approachable. Yet, in workplaces, where professionalism is a must abd relationships can be risky, they behave WORST than simps.

I don’t think I’ve ever worked a job where female coworkers didn't not get flirty with me. In my high school job, my female coworkers would subtly compete for my attention, giggling behind my back. At my last job, one even tried to start a conversation from across the room, calling out to me in a flirty way.

But my current job takes the cake. I had a coworker bring me lunch multiple times until I had to politely ignore her to make it stop.

This has always made me wondered ”why do women suddenly become such love birds in environments where relationships can be risky? Do they not realize the potential consequences of workplace romances? Do they just not care? Or do they see it as an advantage?

I don't think that would the case but I could imagine cat calling etc and 'requests'. The thing I have noticed is that girls act sexy and tease in environments where they feel safe.

So in gyms, bars and clubs they feel less in control of how guys interact with them. I think safe often = control. So they are stuck up and are unapproachable.

In other environments - like work - they only have to complain. So they feel safe (in control) to be flirty, teasing etc.
