Are you an introvert who doesn't like starting new jobs?

I was at my last job for 3 years so I became comfortable with the people I worked with.

I know it was the same when I started the last place I was at.

I was unemployed for a month so now got comfortable being at home.

I start next week and getting nervous about meeting people all over again.

Does anyone else feel that way starting a new job?

I am an introvert through and through. I just do not warm up to people day 1, never have, probably never will. At the last job I started, I walked into the staff room and sat quietly for an entire hour. No one spoke to me, got a few glances, but that was it. I was very nervous especially since the job required A LOT of human interaction from morning until end of day. A few days later, some co-workers wanted to chat, and warmed up to me, which allowed me to feel more comfortable. Three years later, I became the manager. Introvert doesn't mean you can't do what extroverts can, it just means you work a little bit differently AND THAT'S OKAY! Extroverts are always trying to convince the world that unless you really put yourself out there you can't make friends, or rise to the top, or get promotions, but hard work is hard work. Now of course, I work from home and have my own business, lol. I found my lane and I love it.

Nope, I've worked at about 12+ jobs in my years since HS. I tend to not keep work for long so Im the new guy all the time. I quit trying to get work, small town people know people, i have a bad reputation and ended ever job poorly. Im done with the bullying, insults slurs and being forced to quit or being replaced. Im content being the gay broke loser who plays xbox all day in moms basement. One day God willing I die and thatll be that. And no I dont follow Jesus nor do I accept him as Savior. I want Hell and may God grant me the position of torturer in Hell.

If you want to make more money, you have to start a new job. You will never get to the level of income you want by staying at your current job. As someone who has owned businesses for 25+ years, people who are introverted and don't like change are an employers dream because they're cheaper and better employees
