Let’s say they are pretty chill with you, y'all communicate a lot share stuff but hardly go out, outside of work would y'all consider each other friends or still just coworkers, y'all see each other for 10 hrs

I don't see any of my co-workers outside of work, but they're just co-workers. I get along ok with them and chit chat and make nice, but I wouldn't want to be friends with any of them. I have had co-workers I was friends with outside of work at a previous job though, it's just the people at this job.
