Is it because you are lost in your own storm but can see clearly, the people in front of you who are also in storms? Therefore you can help them but cannot see through your storms. I know how to achieve my goals but I do not think I can achieve them at the ideal speed I desire because of the pressure and resistance I have to deal with while I chase those goals in life. For example, I get dehydration when I try to burn body fat and if they weight comes off to fast, I will either require dangerous levels of hydration to burn off the fat or painful levels of hunger to burn off the fat or exhausting levels of muscle pain while doing cardio, or cost demanding levels of nutrition at the price of other things I could spend money on, such as investing in training for my career etc...

I think if the majority of people followed their own advice, they'd be where they want to be in life with. But laziness and insecurities are our biggest obstacles and it's really hard to develop the mentality of grit, following-through, never giving up, and learning to bask in failure to get ourselves ahead in life, whether it be in career or love.
