What are the little things you like about your job?

What are some of the little things about your job that seem insignificant, but you truly treasure and would miss if you left, got promoted, or otherwise weren't in that job anymore?

Is it where your workspace is located or how it's set up? Do you have a nice view of downtown? A local restaurant, coffee shop, or other place of leisure?

We are laid back, we help people. My technical skills are used. My company treats all of its people well. Like to the point where there is virtually no turnover here. They are also very family oriented, like when I end up having to take time for my wife it's never questioned. They are extremely generous with PTO.. like I get, annually, just over 200 hours. When I first started (been there 12 years) it was 96 hours annually. And it increases by a lot every year. Like I'm up to 17 hours per month. And vacations are encouraged. We are only permitted to carry over 160 hours per year. So every year I have to take nearly a month off lol.

I did it because of the pandemia, and now I just prefer it this way instead

Meeting all different types of people and their families and being able to help them through difficult times.

The money. My wife can't understand how I get paid more than her despite never going to college like her.
