How do you stay grounded when you’re feeling overwhelmed by life?

I’m trying to cope with my studies, while occasionally catching up with friends; and the guy I like; plus, I feel like there’s a lot to do in a short space of time. Although I’m passing my course, generally keeping up, doing well, I feel like there’s an awful lot to learn in my course. It’s starting to affect my mental health (not dangerous to myself or others, just feeling overwhelmed and somewhat depressed). How does one ground oneself?
