How many hours do you usually spend training a new hire for management?

We just got two new hires at my work, both women and they are being trained for manager tasks. How long are they usually trained for? Time keeps changing in the manner that new hires are trained from beginning to end It's been over 2 weeks now and I'm exhausted. I'm not even a manager.

Well. I train new asst managers and new managers. The course plan is 4 weeks. I've been in this roll for 4 years and a store manager for 13

Longer than I've been at this job for 10 1/2. If it's actually 4 weeks. That won't be too bad. I'm much more exhausted than usual days. Balancing consumers and tracking, especially on weekends when days are nine and a half hours
