How long should I wait for my new Boss to send me my work hours for the week?

I start a new job next week and my Boss still has not send me my work hours it's been 48 hours.

O I did text my boss 3 times kept saying he will send them over but still didn't. Said he would send it over by 5pm today still nothing

Told the job I won't be working for them that i had another job do this to me with 2 weeks going by with no start date. I told them to many red flags for me that its highly unprofessional to promise to send out work hours Twice then never doing it.

Dude that is super uncool of your new boss to not send you your work hours yet after promising a couple times. I'd probably give them until like Monday morning at the latest before saying something.

It's a bad look for sure that they keep saying they'll send it and then don't follow through. I can understand why you'd be getting frustrated and thinking it's not a good sign. At the same time, the job just started so maybe cut them a little more slack for now.

I'd text your boss one more time on Monday morning being like "hey just wondering if you had a chance to send over my schedule this week?" And if they don't respond or send it right away, then I'd consider saying something about how you need to know your hours to plan stuff.

But I'd hold off on totally quitting yet since you just got the job. Give it a bit more time to see if they can actually get their crap together. Definitely feels unpromising so far though. Keep your options open just in case, but seem them out a few more days first before making a final call, ya know?

You should know NEXT WEEK's schedule like clockwork every week -- usually I meet with my team on Fridays, for example.
