What does freedom mean to you?

Sometimes, I think about my dad swapping the speakers in the minivan when I was a kid. I was still in a car seat back then.

I remember it was just a beautiful day, the sun was out he was playing music on the new speakers and I kept telling him to make it louder. And he said something like "you're too young, I don't want to hurt your ears" and I was like "Make that shit BUUMP" or I guess when you're a toddler you probably just yell "louder!"

And he goes "Maybe it won't be so harsh if the windows are open" ๐Ÿ˜‚

So we're blasting rock and roll with the windows of the minivan down, he's gunning it down the straights the wind was blowing so hard I almost couldn't breathe and it was so fucking exciting to me I remember crying and laughing at the same time.

I think I've always tried to keep the feeling from that day in my life. Had no idea how special that was back then.

Just don't tell my mom ๐Ÿ˜ณ
