I've never received letters as marks, just numbers, either from 0 to 10 or from 0 to 20.

Wait, there were letters in elementary school, you could get AB which meant assez bien (good enough), B for bien (good) and TB for très bien, very good.

Translated to school as I experienced it, you're asking me if I was okay with 10/20 and... Yes I was.

My sole aim at high school was to get the 10/20 mark at the final exam of HS, which opened up the doors to college or university or faculty, damn I never understand which term I should use in English lol.

University was something I expected as deliverance, to finally get rid of all these HS subjects boring me to death, such as Economics, Maths, Spanish, French, History & Geography... I just liked English, Philosophy, and Sociology subjects in fact.

As long as I passed the subject, I didn’t care what grade I got. A “C” was still a pass. My grades in high school never mattered anyway. I only got A’s and B’s in university, but a C would’ve still meant I passed my assignments.

Depends on the subject. Like science I'd be so happy to receive a C in because I sucked at science lol but if it was math, history, or English, I would be highly upset about if I got a C.

I had C- in Math first year and that was my only C ranged grade to my knowledge didn’t bother me.
Everything else was 80s to 90s range, mainly 90s since I showed up to class, handed in the work on time, and was punctual.

This is HS, I don’t remember Middle School or Elementary however those really don’t count anyway compared to HS since that prepares you for college (if you go to college).

An F is bad, C is good. As long as I was passing, I was fine and my parents never gave me a stern talking to. If you are talking about individual test scores, my teacher would suggest staying afterschool however that never helped me so I’d study on my own and actual improve before the next test or exam.
