you can manage some things but some people aren't going to change. if it's a manager, have to get another manager. Some managers are awful... and sometimes, it's intentional to push someone out.

sounds like women. women are the worst at work honestly, backstabbing and such. it's a mess.
It's hard to fix, you have to hold yourself up, go to management possibly, just do your work, or get out and make a better environment.

people will blame others and if that enviornment, that is bad and poorly managed. you'll have to talk to management and hr, be professional.

Rig the bathroom door so it can be secured from the inside. Wait until your bully goes to the bathroom. Follow them and quietly enter the room and lock the door behind you. Bathrooms are great becuse there are a lot of hard surfaces tht you can bounce their head off of.
Do not say a word, just get your licks in and then leave.

I ignore it. I personally been dealing with a bunch of bs at my work place that I could have easily reported but chose to simply ignore it and focus on my job. However if those individuals attempt to try and get me in trouble with the company they better get ready given I have a lot of dirt I once decided not to throw
