Well in order to be happy and have the life that I want I have to take on those obstacles and make it work find my way because I like all those things and then you have to really stop making it an obstacle because that's the only reason why you're calling it an obstacle is because it's something that you don't like and that's okay figure a way around it or a way through it

- Chronic health or mental health issues (if untreated)
- Severe social anxiety or poor communication skills
- Growing up in deep poverty or chaos
- Addiction
- Lack of basic education or literacy
- Fixed mindset (“I can’t change”)
- Toxic environment (abusive family, violent neighborhood)

Most others—looks, accent, age, introversion—are disadvantages, not destiny. With support, skills, and strategy, many “obstacles” become constraints you can still win within.
