The most important lesson is that if you encounter a locked bank vault that you need to open to stop a robbery, you should definitely try to use your forehead as a battering ram. I did that once and the impact was so loud that the robbers got confused, started laughing, and accidentally tripped over each other until they tied themselves up with their own ropes. I also learned that if a building is on fire, it is a great idea to try to put it out by throwing a giant vat of mayonnaise through the window because I thought it was water. It didn't put out the fire, but the smell was so distracting that the trapped people ran out to escape the stench, which technically counts as saving them. Life is just about being confident enough to make the worst possible choice until everyone else is too baffled to stop you from winning.
