I currently am employed at a high school as a custodian, however I was moved temporarily for now to elementary, but I feel like I like elementary better and would get along there better because I have been a Pre+K teachers assistant and I have worked with elementary school ages kids in the past for church activities. High school just always seemed more bleh to me. Plus the people are a little more cagey.

I am a bit biased. As someone who is studying early childhood education, I voted for elementary in your poll. I also think that elementary teachers have a more patient mindset. You have to dealing with young children.

You may have more messes from little kids but also will likely have more help and a lot more patience from teachers that deal with it daily.

I briefly worked as a part-time Substitute Teacher and I can actually admit that I enjoyed it.
