I learned basic Morse code years ago out of curiosity and for fun—enough to recognize common letters, SOS, and simple words.

From an education and career angle, it’s a great exercise for memory, focus, and pattern recognition. For most careers it’s not essential, but it can sharpen your brain the way learning a new language or musical notation does.

If you’re interested, start with:

- O (---)
- E (·)
- T (-)

Then build 2–3 new letters a day using a simple chart or app.

I don't know any morse code, but then again, I've never been tasked in knowing it for anything important. If it makes you feel any better, I dont know binary either even if I am on my computer often lol

When I first graduated high school I learned morse code and was planning on getting s ham radio license. I never really did it. I still have my oscillator key setup that I used to practice on.
