As a Turkish citizen, you need a work permit and a visa to work in the EU countries and given the number of foreigners asking for such a work permit, it is unlikely that you will get a job in either Germany, Switzerland, the Netherlands or Belgium. Those are very restrictive with delivering work permits and visas to non EU citizens.
