Go to Toast masters. You're already smart you lack experience doing it like a virgin woman. You don't know what to do.

So get the experience with the toast master.

On your power point just have bullet points to help you remember what you're talking about and don't put giant paragraphs in those bullet points.

You want to look at your audience not the power point or read off the screen. Keep digestible and you're fine.

Practice. Practice with an AI even. Ask it to act as an audience and to listen to you speaking and give you feedback.
