How do I deal with a biased, micromanaging female boss at work?

She nags me.

Times my break and deducts toilet time.

Argues with me when there is a lack of other managers present. Makes personal commments.

Her supprotive is performative support. She gives me false advice and tries to control who I talk to and where I sit. People aide with her due to her being at the workplace for over 10 years and I have only been there a couple of years. She is biased and treats me poorly.

I would definitely write down the incidents like the bot suggested. I don't believe that you can be penalized for bathroom breaks. That is against the law in the state that I live. I would we expect it is anywhere, but I can't say for sure.

Reading some of the other replies, it sounds like you are stuck, which is a shame. You have gone to HR and her superior without any luck.

I don't know what else you can possibly do other than look for a new job if you have done everything you say you have.

In 1:1s: “I work best with clear goals and autonomy. Can we agree on outcomes and I’ll own the ‘how’?” Repeat this, in writing if possible.

Quietly explore HR, a trusted senior, or an ombuds-type person. Present facts, not emotion.

4. Build allies and options
Strengthen relationships outside her circle, keep performance strong, quietly update your résumé and network. Knowing you can leave gives you power—even if you stay.

Yes but the senior manager is on her side having know her for 2 years. I feel its loyalty bias. They are believing the biased manager not me and the manager is so micro managing, wants to control everything.

Senior manager and HR did meeting. Senior manager was hyper and said that the biased treatment, and everything is my "perception". Hr did minutes of meeting which senior manager siding with baised manager changed without my permissoon.
