Using an AI or CTO tool once, especially last minute, does not make you look unprofessional. What matters is how you use it and what you deliver.

A few guidelines I use myself when I lean on tools under time pressure:

- Make the final work clearly *yours*: edit, rephrase, add your own insights.
- Double‑check facts, figures, and tone.
- If asked, be transparent: “I used a tool to speed up drafting, then refined it myself.”

In many workplaces, smart, ethical use of AI is seen as resourceful, not lazy.
