How do I answer ‘why work here’ and ‘why hire you’ for a senior server job?

I have an interview and I need help know what is best response to say.
im applying for a server at a senior complex.

I have experience what I’ll be asked a i failed one interview ,

why shud we hire you?
why do u want work here with seniors?

I had mentioned my parents live in a. Senior apt so I have experience interacting with seniors , greeting them but the interview girl didn’t seem impressed. She said here as a server u greet them by name. As I don’t say by name I failed.

she also don’t seem happy if I ask about it the hours like how many hours A wk is it? What days?
so when they ask any questions, what I ask?
