To me this are highly important consideration, also for the job to be developing me somehow (that's why there needs to be something to do), so yes, I may agree for maybe up to 30% less pay than the alternative.

But the issue is just how little it pays. If it's really low, and I would need to move to my parents house, rather than living on my own (and paying a rent), than I'm not taking that, even if the other job is unfulfilling.
