I told my employer that I had another job offer. I would like to stay here but I would need my salary to be X. I was told it needs to be approved by 2 parties and then approved by the CEO. I was told by my manager that this typically takes two weeks. After two weeks I asked my manager for a status update. He told me that it was approved by the first two people and is currently sitting on the CEO's desk. It's now been about 5 weeks since I made my intentions known. I feel like this is getting ridiculous now. Any offer with another company is long gone by now. I am getting frustrated but I know that I was already approved through 2/3s of the process. Is this typical? How can you leave someone hanging for 5 weeks?

Why is it difficult to find a recruiter? Why isn't there local recruitment offices? Why is public advertisement non-existent? Since it is the biggest part of the 2nd amendment it's a right for the people yet nobody exercises it openly like they do the 1st amendment.

I say it's the biggest part because the tail of the amendment exists to support the body of the amendment. it could've been written separately as another amendment but it's not.

I had completely forgotten about my career showcase lists until I had checked all of my old questions. I had more fun doing the hobbies over the careers so after I fully complete my careers I feel like restarting my tournament of hobbies and I will begin a whole new set of hobbies so ladies and gentlemen you guys better be prepared for more hobbies. Until than let's finish up the careers with three more rounds? So ladies and gentlemen which career seems much more of your style I honestly wouldn't mind being the host of my own talk show of course it will features cool male guests and sexy female guests but what about you men and women which job would you prefer to have?

Since I have recently finished uni and turned
21 I've been thinking whether or not I should live somewhat of a degenerate lifestyle or focus fully on my goals and religious beliefs for my early 20s. Uni taught me I can't really balance these things because one usually ends up pulling me in and it's usually being a degenerate; parties, clubs, girls, etc. I find that it's such a waist of time but when I try and avoid it I feel left out since l'm so young, and on top of this l've been feeling guilty for ignoring Christianity. I feel as if I should shut myself off from degeneracy and social media nonsense even though that's what most of my friends are involved in and dedicate my 20s for completely focusing on mostly work, healthy lifestyle, exercise, being alone (not being lonely just talking to people less), etc.

I want a stable financial income and to be self employed within the next 5 years and for me personally i don't see that happening if I don’t quit all my bad habits and go on monk mode for a couple of years. Everyone I know in my life who's very successful has had to sacrifice a lot with minimal balance, such as time, social life and relationships. Is it worth it?

In my opinion, a female athlete should only receive 1/10 of the salary of a male athlete.

I used to but I don't anymore, because these jerks won't ring my doorbell despite repeated requests. Also, I am not obligated to subsidize their employer's business model. They make enough as it is. Not my problem.
