By that I don’t mean just not having enough, like now I have more than enough to live well i have a good job but I still find myself in saving mode, and worrying that I’m not saving enough or not investing properly etc. Also worrying that jobs are just temporary

do you ever feel happy about money and content, looking at the bigger picture and having a good balance between spending and saving? Any advice?

I'm an in home nurse. There is a nurse that works before me during the week. Long story short she is a slacker and incompetent. She doesn't assist in calling in medical supplies and equipment for patient, the clients medications nor doctors appointments. She half looks for things and things are always in disarray when I arrive. Supervisor is aware because she calls the doctor for common sense stuff. I've gotten to the point where I've cut down a day with this clients home because there is no team work and the other nurse is ruining the case. She does have a lower education so that may play a role along with her being lazy.

I’d hate people to think i was the ‘token woman’ in an ‘inclusive based’ hiring regime 😂😂.

I work at a warehouse packing clothes in front of a computer. Since June I’ve been working the Night Shift. But I began not like it since October as I’m no longer packing now they put me upstairs where you just throw clothes on the conveyer belt super easy but you work surrounded by more people & they all gossip watch how you work or gossip any tiny error you make. I had some mean girls treat me bad during that area at the Night Shift so I went to the morning shift one month now. I have been packing but yesterday got sent upstairs. That will mean I might no longer be packing and be sent to work upstairs every time I work now even in the morning shfit.

Right now there’s overtime so morning shift is 5am to 3:30pm or 4:30pm

Night Shift 5pm to 3:30am or 4:30am

my body sleeps daily one hour at 2-3am and I need leave 4am to work.

my body is used to the Night Shift so I cannot sleep all night. I get tired and want sleep 2-3am to 11 morning. Only with night shfit I get proper & hours sleep and food.

i cannot concentrate driving anymore & don’t eat well during day shift as breaks are too short and I’m mostly working with own hour sleep only.

what should I do?

I had a condo for 3 years and sold it recently. I got a good amount of money from the sale & decided to move back in with family to save money towards the down payment on a future home. I’m saving my paychecks but know being almost 30 & living with family can be frowned upon.

My manager is another woman, who is about 4-5 years older than me. She got promoted into the role relatively recently.

I am a professional, and I am kind but can be firm when necessary. Yet, a conflict came up at work and my boss said to me, "I'm worried that you're too sweet to handle this, so I will take care of it." I found this to be really infantilizing/belittling because I've been working there for a long time and have frequently and successfully handled conflicts and yet she always talks to me like I'm too fragile to handle things. Every other superior in the place has always had confidence in me, so I don't know why she always has to talk down to me like this. I'm getting really sick of it. I've tried to prove that I'm strong enough to handle things, but she just can't seem to accept that I'm capable. I'm starting to think she's threatened by me surpassing her or seeming more capable than her.

Do you think I'm being belittled, or am I being too sensitive?

Plus, if she thinks I'm too "sweet" to handle my job, then why am I there? She's even started calling me "Sweet ____ (insert my name here)" as a nickname...
