I am thinking about my work 95% of the time. I cannot stop thinking about it, even on the weekends. My brain can’t let go to have fun like I used to.

No. I do my best to detach work from relaxing and my home life. However, your job can play a big role in this, ironically. If you have a job or boss that stresses you out constantly, or you're unhappy with your job, it can be hard to not have that in the back of your mind even when you're off or trying to relax.
I know at my old job, even when I was on vacation, I was STILL dreading returning to work because I knew what was waiting for me when I returned.
But once I got my current job? I actually enjoy my time off and rarely think of my job... except the day before I have to return, as I know I have a "to do" list when I go in, but that's normal.
Nope because I rarely have purely free time... even on vacation.
