I seriously doubt anything about that costume is natural for her. I think those are probably contacts, those teeth are definitely fake, that hair is likely a wig, and her eyelashes are fake. She is probably wearing a heavy amount of makeup to look that pale.

Yeah, everything is fake, but I mean, it looks photoshopped, her skin looks too flawless and the area around her eyes is weird. She's wearing giant lenses, but even so her eyes look abnormally big and rounded.
