Renowned thriller filmmaker , Sir Alfred Hitchcock was an English film director and producer, who directed more than 50 movies.He is widely known as the "the Master of Suspense", because his movies captivate the audience by effectively keeping them in suspense during the entire movie. Hitchcock made cameo appearances in most of his movies .He can been seen briefly at the beginning of his films .Alfred Hitchcock died of Kidney failure on April 29, 1980,at the age of 80 years-old

Great diector, i would had marnie with sean connery and shadow of a doubt with joseph cotten. And as somebody already north by northwest, psycho , birds and to catch a thief. I think it's rare nowadays to find young peopoe who can appreciate this types of movies.

Great Take! New The Batman movie will have influences from Alfred Hitchcock movies and I am happy it will have noir effect. The director had announced it and it is really going to be great.

Oh my god, he is going the ruin the batman series. I hated his dawn of the planet of the apes series. Haven't watched 'Let me in' though.

Vertigo is probably my favorite of these, but Rear Window is close. My other favorites by him are North by Northwest and The Lady Vanishes..

Of these listed, I've only seen Vertigo and Rear Window, so I can't judge. Also seen North by Northwest, Psycho and The Birds.
