Why does Mila Kunis look so drastically different without makeup?

Mostly make up and good hairstyle. I'm not a big fan of her looks either way.
If I had to compare both pictures I can see that;
1) She defined her eyebrows
2) Put on lots of black eyeliner to narrow her eyes that are a bit bulging.
3) Wears eye concealer and foundation to hide very apparent dark circles and discoloration.
4) Nice sexy hairstyle
Celebrities are Humans too at the end of the day ^_^

2. Yes, she may photograph well with makeup on, but make enhances your natural beauty. When she isn't wearing make-up, she might photograph less well. It doesn't mean she isn't as pretty.
3. She's not even made up. You can look pretty without make-up on, but she's wearing baggy clothes and paparazzi are assholes.
