What sport have you noticed that generally has the biggest butts on women?

From my experience, it tends to be softball.

I know some people might argue volleyball, but I think the spandex shorts create an illusion to make the butt appear bigger than what is is. Sure, this can be true for softball pants as well, but not near as exaggerated. Plus, softball is the heaviest female sport in general.

@sjoes006 I'm glad you clarified. I just meant I see the big, wide, and fat butts on softball more often, where as you see the slightly round, firm butts on tennis, kicking, swimming, etc.

Swimming and kicking sports. Sprint running also leads to a pretty nice ass but it is usually more compact.

I have such a small bone structure that at one point I had to quit taking yoga from certain instructors that only focused on quads.

When I finally started doing repeats up steep hills my weight went down a couple of pounds, despite growth in muscle mass.

Waist was way smaller but I couldn't fit into size zero anymore because my ass wasn't a pancake.

Same thing growing up through elementary to the beginning of high school when I quit swimming competitively as my new town had no such thing.

Be older classman recallled that o was 'thick' freshman year. And why am I now so skinny? My ass made me think and I didn't miss it.

Well running, and sprinting burns fat, and they have small butts. This is why virtually every track, cross country, and runner in general has a non-existent butt.

I don't think butts are BUILT up like people say. Most big butts are FAT butts. Squats won't inflate butts; They will only trim the fat.

I don't know any sprinter or gymnast who doesn't have a rock hard bubble butt. Now I'm not talking J-Lo I'm just saying sure in running shorts you don't notice that butt, but in jeans you do.

A lot of people don't run with proper technique. Their quads over power the glutes which makes them an inefficient runner and slow and isn't great for spine health overall.

Your glutes are the strongest muscle in your body and if you run or exercise and they are underpowered you're doing something wrong.

I was lucky enough to be dedicated to fitness, running and yoga in one city and then another throug company transfer where I got consistent advice. Not because I sought it out but because it is the leading consensus amongst physical health and aging professionals when it comes to bone and muscle health.

I think maybe you are correct in that you are looking for butt fat and not like a healthy tight ass that is large.

As someone that was desperately skinny before swimming and then for a while after, so much in fact no one could handle my 98 lbs sitting on their lap because it was so bony, you are wrong.

My ass is all muscle and with the exception of maybe 1/4" skin layer fat. But the best thing about it is well... I run faster, have core balance, can lift more than a lot of men but most importantly I can sit on someone's lap and it doesn't bruise them.

It isn't fat but as long as I'm not engaging the muscle it's soft tissue.

Sounds like I have a lap sitting fetish but in group pictures people sit on laps and people used to scream in pain.

@sjoes006 See, I love a big fat butt. It's a sign of high estrogen, and is more feminine.

I'm not saying you shouldn't be proud-Because you've worked hard. But a muscular ass reminds me of a guy's ass.

I also know some people who think a "muscle butt" is sexy, when they actually prefer a fat butt. It amazes me how many people confuse jiggly fat with hard muscle...
