Which States has the most/highest concentration of Blondes?

I live in southern Illinois, and it's a very German area. Where I live, it's safe to say that the number of blondes matches the number of brunets/brunettes - which is rare, because brown hair is so much more common in most areas.

I believe it's similar with neighboring states, Missouri and Indiana.

Then there is California of course (Los Angeles, specifically), where tons of people dye their hair blonde to keep up with the current beauty standards.

I'd guess Minnesota, because there are a lot of people of Scandinavian heritage up there.
