I ask because nearly every American I see has blonde hair, blue eyes and very fair skin.

The vast majority of Americans are of English/Colonial descent, so that explains it.

No. I would guess it would be like... some Nordic country. Some maps say Sweden, Norway and Finland has very a blond (e) population. Germany too.

Just under May month over 660k Swedes have now joined "bensinupproret 2.0" kinda like the yellow vests in France but mostly just about lower the petrol prices because it's just too expensive for normal people. To compare 660k is about 6-7% of the entire population, that's more than what the Liberals, Christian democrats, Centre party, left party and the green party got in actual votes (separately) and the centre party is the 4th biggest party in the riksdag.
