The French rendition put to stand would mean under control but literally police. But one someone is perfectly dressed they're en fliqué as I understood it.

Kenya and whoever when they say it say en not on and then friqué with an American R sound. I always thought this was a slang term borrowed from French words and changed about a little in meaning.
