Theory 1: Murder attempted to make it look like a suicide. I think the killer threw a fit at first, that's why there's stuff on the floor. No signs of struggle, unless the killer placed the victim on the chair, but I doubt that. I think he was sitting there the whole time. It doesn't look like the victim ever moved from his seat, unless the killer sat him there, but I doubt it because that requires time. The killer (maybe the guy in the window) shot the victim from his right side and left the murder weapon on the ground below the victim's hand to make it look like a suicide. I don't know where the bullet is. There are stuff scattered around the victim's right because the killer was sitting on that chair that's tipped over and rushed to the victim's right to do the job swiftly. Not sure what's with the broken bottle on the victim's left. Seems like it was thrown from the right.. Maybe the killer threw it, but i don't know why. It could also just be a part of the old-ass air conditioner.

Theory 2: Suicide. One or both of those paper (s) is/are (a) suicide note (s). he shot himself and the gun fell to the floor. There's stuff all around the floor because he threw a fit before that. The splatter on the wall is from him throwing that bottle out of anger. He kicked the chair. The man in the window is just an innocent passerby.

I don't get why there'd be a chair knocked over and stuff all over the floor if it was a suicide. It looks like he got in an argument with somebody (hence all the broken and knocked over stuff) and they killed him and fled the scene (possibly through the open window? I see somebody out the window on the left running.)

So yeah, I'm saying murder.

Murder, guy running from where window is at. Seems like he has a red spot. Obviously murder. Also, why is chair on floor? guy who died got mad before he killed himself? I don't believe that for a moment. usually, if suicide. They will grieve over life. Place is a mess as well. Why would he be so filthy before kms

Suicide. He ransacked his office, smashed a vase on his head. Than smashed his own head against the wall, sat down, shot himself in the head, and the rigormortis caused the gun to fall to the floor
