I feel like TV is the future. Movies are just getting tired, by and large. Just feels like everything has been done and new stuff is derivative of the old stuff. TV has a whole new power with streaming now, it’s available on demand, so it’s easier to gain an audience. But I mean, look at someone like any of the main long-running actors from Game Of Thrones, those folks had steady work for a decade, they’re always going to be well-remembered, they’d never have to work another day of their lives if they didn’t want to, and if they do, they’ll be afforded opportunities, most likely.

Movies.
I think signing onto TV, it’s too binding. I think I would probably do more of single movies, not ones that would require me to sign onto multiple ones.
If I'm an actress I'd better be a voice actress for a cartoon TV show. I stick with the type of production I personally consume the most. However voice actors are never that famous. But I would be ok with that. I'm more the type of person that would like produce something that becomes famous instead of beign what's famous.
If I didn't have family or loved ones, I'd choose Movies. Darker roles, method acting.
But I can see how it would mess a person up mentally because your psyche can totally take over that role.
So probably more light hearted, tv roles. Sitcoms or something like that.

Funny thing is that singers can lead into being actors then lead into being tv stars I honestly can't think of an example... Oh wait! I can 😂
But back to the question...
I would like to be a tv star, I some how think it would be more fun to do... and there might be more loyalty as I might get some future hallmark movies too 😊If it was me I'd prefer TV I actually would really love to host a game show or be part of a comedy tv show. Those seem fun and with game shows there's not really a script to follow so it's more off the cuff.
Being a movie actor seems like tons of work. And at the end of the day you're making someone else's dream become a reality. When I worked in corporate hospitality at a Football stadiun I met a lot of TV stars (as in British soap stars) they were all lovely people (as a rule) but the fact they had to boost there earnings by presenting regional awards/being guest speakers at corporate dinners sounds like too much hard work, so bring on the Movie work-(I've now remembered Patrick Stewart regularly attended awards evenings and was a guest speaker where I used to work-so F*ck it I'll just be the cameraman!) lol
I wouldn't want to be going to the same set/studio repeatedly as most would for a TV show. Movie making offers more variety which guarantees it'll hardly get boring.
Bella I think I would rather do movies. I'm not sure, but I think movie actors have lots of time off between projects whereas I'm guessing being on a hit TV show would be more like an every day job.

⚾️I would rather be famous for doing movies, and hopefully good ones too. TV stuff is crap that serves to pass the time every now and then, but there are some truly great films out there
Movies because they most likely would get paid more. Also, movie stars seem to symbolize a higher level of fame than TV stars.
TV because I like the consistency of a good TV show over a 90 minute movie. It wouldn't be for too long though; like maybe 3 to 5 seasons.
"A" list usually comes from big movie roles
More often then not
I gotta be one of the goats
Also working on a show season is a lot of hard work i heardProbably a movie star. One and done. I dont wanna be on cam much. I rather be the screenwriter honestly
Movies. I think I'd stand a better chance of getting residuals- if not just making the movie myself and keeping all the profits- if I were a famous movie actor.
Movie Star I feel they are more recognizable especially if there an A lister. TV Shows are so-so in comparison.

I think actors and actresses in movies have more of an enduring impact on the arts.
SciFi TV Actor, that way I'd almost always find work. They recycle a crap ton of those actors/actresses.
I am Quite Contented to have a Good Online Presence and be a Published Playwright. xx
Doesn't matter as long as I get 2 beat @nayyr as in every scene
Rather a movie star than. Always needing to be "interesting" on TV is not my thing.
I would rather be an actor to be a movie star
I’d rather be famous for movies, maybe be a guest star in a few TV shows.
TV acting is terrible, you get known as one character. If your fans see you they're like "Hey it's [character name] off [name of show].
