Why are naked men so taboo in film and television?

I was just watching the movie "The Spy Who Dumped Me" with Mila Kunis and Kate McKinnon yeaterday and there was a fully naked man with a gun at one point.

Is that really taboo now? I remember when the spongebob movie came out in 2004 and had a shirtless david hasslehoff. Nobody bat an eye. I guess I haven't really been paying that much attention to new media.

Because we made clothes in order to cover specific parts of our body AND stay warm. It's not limited to one gender by the way.

I remember a British film back in 60s. Two guys naked wrestling.
I think it was little women.
One of the guys wrestling was Oliver Reed.
They didn't cover anything up.
