Plus are they gay? ( genuinely curious)

They're a kpop group and they blew up because they used social media better than other groups to promote themselves and they became a thing and now they're super successful. Personally I was never a fan but in the early days I did see some good things from them. Now they just make music to appeal to americans and throw in a few songs for their korean fanbase in between the big comebacks but it's all about money. There was recently a story about how their company is selling butter biscuits as merhandise to go along with their song butter. And you can't even just buy them you have to win a raffle to get a chance to buy a bunch of overpriced cookies. And when I read that story it described perfectly how their music sounds to me now.
They definitely have a feel for how to be successful though. They always knew how to get people to talk about them and what songs would make them popular. They didn't have a big company to promote them so a lot of it was the group itself. And now that they became the first Kpop act after PSY to really blow up globally they will capitalize even more. I think they could make good music if they really wanted to or at least some of the members like RM for example. But they want to make successful music.
It's just how Korean culture is. MOST "pretty boys" in South Korea look very effeminate and borderline gay. I will say, their music isn't as bad as I assumed it would be, though. (Most of it is bastardized pop music; most major K-Pop studios get all of their stuff from LA record labels.) Boy Wit Luv is a pretty catchy song if not for the beat, at least. I don't like K-Pop, but living over here, I'd say BTS and Twice is the most tolerable of them.
They're exotic looking Asians, that's what's the hype about. I think they won some awards in 2019 too.
I'm personally put off by their uniform dress code, Korean language and cheesy gestures. I love yaoi but these are way over the top for my liking.
I like their music because they have nice beats and lovely voices. Plus they are good looking too lol. But you’d have to ask a member of the Army, not me sorry.

Those types of bands have been popular with teenage girls for generations, but they were more popularized in the US in the 90s and early 2000s, not that they don't exist here any more, but they definitely carried more clout in the 90s through 2000s era. Internationally they are making a come back, but Korea seems to be producing them like no ones business.
THANK YOU! Finally someone who gets it. I don't know how many times I've argued with my female friends over their abnormal infatuation with these dolls of men. Metrosexuality is an abomination.
@TomGarand You took personal offense to that I reckon? If so then you identify yourself far too much with a trend, and it is the thing itself I call out on being an abomination. Not a person. Well I can explain it in a perfectly simple way; metrosexual fashion and behavior blur the natural lines between sexes and emasculates the appearance of men. A man is not to look like he could either be a boy or a girl at the same time.
@TomGarand My apologies for the presupposition then, but there are more reasons for me to call it thus. I also decry it from a Christian standpoint, as well as believing that it isn't mentally healthy. Anyhow, there you have it.
I don’t know anything about them other than that they’re an Asian pop boy band. I doubt I’ve ever even heard any of their music, especially since it is probably not even in English.
I have no clue. It seems like they have a pretty strong following.
they are just a bunch of girly guys
i mean so-called guys
The blonde one on the top looks like Valkyrie from Apex Legends. Someone I used to talk to was a fan of them too. 😐😐😐😐🐊🐊
We Asian guys are all the rage 😄 jk
Nevah herd ovvum but I deduce that they are a Korean Pop Band. Half look like girls.
I can't stand that group.

Oh okay. Have fun listening
I don't know
