She's bad alright but at max second or third place. Zeus is undisputed first as the worst, he's the god of "I can't keep it in my pants", having raped countless women, which means cheating on his wife Hera everytime.

Essentially all of the Greek gods are petty and immature and cheaters.
Hephaestus and Hades are probably the only ones who are somewhat good.

She was a lightweight compared to the cruelty of most of the other members of the Pantheon at one time or another. And considering how much the Gods cheated and that she was a Goddess of Love it was pretty much a given she was going to be banging guys on the side.
